Finding your laughter through your tears

A better day starts with a better way

One day while with a friend,
A list as long as you are tall of what was going wrong, troubles, trials, tribulations and so on showed up during a conversations.  As we proceeded further tears started to form and we had full tropical rain storm on our hands. If this wasn't embraced we would have been washed away by the tears. I grabbed on with a big hug  and listening further the waterfall of tears came pouring out even harder with snot sniffles, more tears, and than laughing.  hahahaa yes laughing! We found laughter through the tears  and that day went from dark to light in a matter of moments. It was like the sunshine coming through a big storm cloud.  Little by little more laughter more smiles and soon identifying all the troubles that were causing the tears. What seemed without hope, had hope, and a  better day began with a better way.

The better way was deciding on what was needed to have a better day. Each of the overwhelming parts that lead up to the big storm are key elements to growing. This growth would be through overcoming fears, mental blocks, and most certainly finding a better way.  Having a better day can happen now as you find better ways to all that you are doing. The only part of this whole story is you, if you do not want to you wont, and if you want to you will. You will be the one that has to choose a better way to make your day awesome!  It may take finding your laughter through your tears but you can use those tears to grow your garden of excitement!   Make the kind of life you want and live it! A better day starts with a better way.
